Hi, I'm Tiff

Hey there ✌🏽 I'm Tiff, an innovative, mission-driven girl from Baltimore with 15 years of experience in strategy design and implementation to increase social impact, enhance organizational capacity and drive transformation.
I am passionate about high-impact projects, collaborating with diverse teams, and creating innovative approaches to empower communities.
I have recently been titled "The Start-Up Artist" for my "Bob the Builder" 👷🏽♀️ approach to supporting mission-based professionals in building and reimagining the structural foundation of their organizations. While I do enjoy the administrative and operational aspect of senior leadership, I'm a social impact thrill seeker 🎢 who loves to repurpose resources, leverage partnerships, and design processes to help people thrive...and hopefully build community in the process.

At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to unlocking the natural instinct and raw talent that already lives within people, companies, and organizations. I don’t come with a one-size-fits-all formula...I come to amplify what’s already there. Whether seeking funding, building sustainable systems, or refining strategy, I partner with mission focused entities to turn your vision into tangible outcomes. Through collaborative planning, customized support, and relentless focus on goals, I aim to help people gain the clarity, confidence, and facility needed to win with purpose and create lasting impact where it matters most.
